Pre-natal Pilates course for soon-to-be Mums!
The five week Prenatal Pilates course starts on 22nd June, continuing through to 20th July 2019.
These classes are aimed at second trimester onwards. Prenatal Pilates is a safe and effective workout, that can help your body prepare for giving birth and the physical demands of motherhood. You must have had clearance from you GP/Midwife to start Pilates.
