Post Natal Pilates course for Mums, and baby can come along too!

A small and intimate five week Postnatal Pilates course that you can bring your baby along to! (Baby must not be crawling or walking/or if crawling will happily sit and play with toys)

This course focuses on regaining core and pelvic floor strength, improving tummy separation post pregnancy (diastasis recti) strengthening, toning, alignment and posture – all of which can be affected after having a baby.

Katy is Postnatally trained and having had a baby herself, so she understands the changes that women go through and how to safely get back to exercise after having a baby.

You must have had clearance at your 6 week check from your GP/Midwife to begin exercise. It will be longer (8-12) weeks if you have had a c-section. Baby must not yet be mobile (crawling/walking) however, if your little one is a new walker and will happily sit and play, then they are more than welcome.

Cost of the course is £40, and this reserves your mat space in class every week.
