KettleBox is a unique training session incorporating boxing, fitness and technique with the use of kettlebells for muscle strength, shaping and toning. The session lasts 45minutes and you will be taken through an intensive programme designed to give you the best fitness, strength and toning all over body workout around. KettleBox is suitable for beginners right through to experienced gym goers. You will be given a technical warm up followed by boxing and kettlebell drills for the ultimate sweat dripping workout.
