This is a HIIT group training session like no other. Not only will you burn a massive amount of calories, blast that body fat, improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, you will also learn great technique and skills. This session lasts 45 minutes, and consists of a complete warm up, stretching and HIIT training programme designed to work your body to the maximum with a cool down section at the end. This is for beginners through to experienced exercisers and boxing fans. You will be put through your paces by hitting bags, pads, body armour, plus much more.
